Our favorite wood option was the Kidco Beechwood Gate which we installed in many homes was unfortunately discontinued in late 2005. The replacement is not esthetically pleasing so we do not sell it. Boo Boo Busters has not found a suitable replacement for it and continues to look at every new product show and convention.

The wood options we do offer are pictured below, given this caveat, they are safe, but quite difficult to open and close. If esthetics is more important than ease of use, then this gate might be for you. Make note that it extends up to 52" wide and comes in two finishes.
